from under the cork tree

period one//algebra two: we changed seats again...! i sit in one of the worst seats possible. i face a wall, i have to completely turn to see the board. on top of that, i sit on the way other side of the class away from lauren. she was basically the only thing that helped me survive that class. we took a quiz, also. it was super easy and i'm pretty much sure i got a good grade on it, thankfully.
period two//french: we also changed seats in french, but this seat change,i was actually excited about. instead of the front row, i'm in the very back now! hip hip hooray! i also sit three seats down from aly. i'm really glad i finally get to seat close to her in that class, she's the only person i actually hold conversations with in that class. we took a test, c'est facile! LOL. just playing. that was my failed attempt to include french in my french paragraph. after the test, we got into our groups to practice for our skit on thursday. the only good part about our skits are that we get to use puppets! i aimed to get the scariest puppet i could find. trust me, i succeeded. we decided that it looks like a drag queen with pink hair and an vashlee simpson before surgery nose.
lunch: nothing too special happened during lunch. me, sam, simmons, and aaron walked around like usual. we actually went into the courtyard today for like the first time the whole year.
period three//yearbook: this week is yearbook appreciation week at school. so they have been making accouncements about it over the intercom. yipee. each day we get something to show their appreciation. yesterday was cupcakes, today was candy bars. what are they trying to do, make me fatter than i already am?! me and allison worked on our spreads until the end of class.
period four//english: first, we took a vocabulary test. those things are like epic failure for me. why?! i have no idea. i studied like crazy, i always do and i always end up getting c's. i actually think i have a d on the one i took today. after the test, we did boring classwork until the last few minutes when i talked to megan. i'm envious, she's going to the all time low, the maine, mayday parade, and every avenue show at the norva on thursday. she's constantly telling me about how she's meeting all time low, but i feel bad because i kind of don't like them at all. no one knows how badly i want to go to a show! and everyone i know is going to like five. jealous equals me. alyssa needs to convince her parents to let us go to the show in charlotte for her birthday!
afterschool: i came home, ate like the pig that i am and watching five million episodes of degrassi. oh, and today i've offically known hayley todd for eleven months!
