the other day in yearbook, everyone in the class had to write something nice about everyone and today we all received what everyone said. so, i've decided to share with you all what my yearbook class thinks about me. by the way, i don't know who wrote what, which is very frustrating!

"creative and has a very unique style."

"love the style, different is always better."

"works hard and interviews well" (um, whoever wrote this knows nothing about me.)

"i really like how she has her own interests."

"she is very nice and open minded."

"she is awesome but sometimes too mean and clingy." (i wonder who wrote this...EMILY!)

"megan is also quiet. i like how she wears a lot of different clothes and has her own style. i admire that." (awz, i like this one :D)

apparently, i have....unique style?! that's news to me. i also thought that i was a crazy weirdo that everyone stares act thinking "what the hell is that ?!" when i walk down the hallway. i really appreciate those comments, thanks guys :)
as for the first day of the second semester, I HATE IT. i no absolutely no one in all my classes except for faith who i sat next to in chemistry. alyssa better switch into french two with me or i'm going to die, she is my french entertainment! i'm just going to pray that i meet new people and get used to these classes because i'm going to have to deal with them for the rest of the year, regardless. also today, my dad pre-ordered my believers never die ticket. i really hope that i get early entry because i'd rather be at barricade than to meet fall out boy again, but i will if i do win meet and greet.

birthday celebrations and school cancellations

i guess i should start blogging more often, i'm been neglecting my poor little blogspot. the reason behind all this neglect is the sheer fact that, my life is boring. not much happens in megan senter's world beside the occasional pointless friend fights. anywho, today marks my mother's fifty years of living. in celebration, my mother is throwing a huge party down in fuquay for all of her jazzercise buddies and her best friend from up north who came to visit. although, i have no desire to attend a party filled with drunk, horrid dancing middle aged adults. marissa is adopting me for the weekend to save me from insanity. i suppose i'm going over to her house around two, and then megan is coming over to watch our favorite, solitary 3.0. solitary isn't as good this season because my beloved phu pham is not on the show. phu pham loves me, and you all are jealous, don't deny. i'm also staying at marissa's on sunday night, for the same reason as tonight. on monday, me and the 'alyssa's' are going to see a movie. i haven't seen alyssa deseta in months, so it should be really great getting to hang out with her again. thank god for three day weekends. speaking of long weekends, i'm sure as you've all heard, we got seven inches of snow on monday night. the snow extended our three day weekend into a five day and two hour weekend. (two days cancelled and one two hour delay) now our exam schedule is all screwed up, but hey, seven inches of snow...in north carolina...? that's pretty impressive. that's all for now folks, and i promise to update more hayley.

despair and ecstasy

despair:
my family's pet bird, max, died today.
i found out as soon as i got into the car after school today.
i burst out in tears and i ran up to my room crying after school.
we've had him for ten years.
it won't be the same without him chirping and talking all the time.

ecstasy:
on april 24th, i, megan senter, am GOING TO SEE FALL OUT BOY IN CHARLOTTE.
i renewed my overcast kids membership today also so i can get pre sale tickets.
my mom booked a hotel, and i'm pretty sure megan and marissa are coming because all time low is coming and that's their favorite band.
fall out boy is coming with cobra starship, all time low (as mentioned), metro station, and hey monday.
99 days :)

the best part of believe is the lie

i hate how friendships are always a competition.
that's basically been on my mind for a while.
i don't know, i just feel weird lately about almost everything.
i feel like i don't have a best friend.
i feel like i don't have friends. period.
i feel like the ugliest girl in school.
and i feel as if lies are the basis of all relationships.
i just want to get out of this town for a while.
i need something new and not the same old things i'm used to.
i don't normally ever say this but i want change.

it is very possible that me, megan, and marissa are going to go see cute is what we aim for and every avenue on february 26th.
do you realize that fun/great/amazing that'd be?
i adore cute is what we aim for. i last saw them on november 7th 2007, and they're newest album is super good.

yes, yes. i realize it's been quite a few days since i've updated. quite frankly, i don't feel like writing about all my shenanigans over the past couple of days, so i'll post a couple pictures describing the few days.
